<Prior art> As a water washing means in an automatic developing machine that processes photosensitive materials, such as photographic film and photographic paper, the photosensitive materials are conveyed by a number of rollers in a washing tank filled with washing water, and then washed with water. Devices for performing this are known (see, for example, US Pat. No. 4,252,429).

As shown in FIG. 3, there is also a device for washing the photosensitive material by transporting the photosensitive material along a linear guide member 5 using rollers 2 and 3 and spraying washing water onto the photosensitive material from a spray nozzle 4. is also known (for example, see Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-5039).

<Problems to be solved by the invention> In a washing device that transports photosensitive materials in a washing tank, the water in the tank is either static, or even if it is stirred, the water flow is relatively slow; Despite using a large amount of rinsing water, the rinsing effect is poor and sufficient rinsing cannot be performed. For this reason, multiple washing tanks have been installed in series, but not only does it take a long time to process, but the transport rollers and their drive devices are also
Since the number of washing tanks increases in proportion to the number of washing tanks, the cost of the entire device becomes high and its maintenance becomes complicated.

In addition, in the water washing equipment shown in Fig. 3, it is of course possible to spray from only one side.

In addition, in this device, the minimum dimension of the photosensitive material that can be conveyed must be at least the size between rollers 2 and 3, which is inconvenient for washing small-sized photosensitive materials. .

<Means and effects for solving the problem> The present invention is a washing device in which a photosensitive material is conveyed by a plurality of rollers and washed by spraying washing water from a spray nozzle, in which the rollers are arranged in a staggered manner. It is characterized by a roller placed on the back side of the photosensitive material facing the spray nozzle, and the photosensitive material receiving pressure from the spray nozzle is supported by the roller placed on the back side of the photosensitive material. It is transported while washing and washed with water.

The photosensitive material that has undergone processing steps such as development and fixing enters the water washing section through the entrance roller 12 and passes through the roller 1.
6, the paper is conveyed while rising slightly in the direction of travel, is washed with washing water sprayed from the spray nozzle 14, and is sent to the next drying process etc. by the exit roller 13.

The photosensitive material is sprayed with spray nozzle 1 during the water washing process.
Although the photosensitive material is under pressure from the washing water from the spray nozzles 14, the photosensitive material does not fall off the conveyance path 1 because the rollers 16 facing each spray nozzle 14 support and guide the photosensitive material and convey it.

In FIG. 1 (and FIG. 2, which will be described later), the pitch of each roller 16 is shown relatively roughly for ease of understanding, but in an actual device, the photosensitive material is bent by the pressure of the spray. Needless to say, the pitch of the rollers should be kept as small as possible so as not to deviate from the clearance between the rollers. According to the practice, the diameter of the roller is 25mm, 32~35
If they are arranged at a pitch of mm, ordinary color photographic paper can be transported without any problem.

ためである。
The reason why the transport path 1 for the photosensitive material is inclined slightly upward in the direction of travel is to prevent contaminated washing water from flowing in the direction of travel of the photosensitive material after washing.
This is to prevent contact with the surface of the photosensitive material that has been washed with water.

In this embodiment, the roller 19 on the lower side of the conveyance path is also arranged in a position opposite to the spray nozzle 14, so that the roller 19 can be conveyed from the conveyance path 1 without falling off, as in the embodiment shown in FIG. Ru.
