Therefore, there are products that are processed directly with a wash gum solution or a rinsing solution without washing with water after the development process, but since there is no washing step, the lifespan of these solutions is short, and if the solution gets dirty, it is easy to stain the plate. Become. In addition, there is a method in which the developing process is carried out in two processing solution tanks, and in the subsequent process, the processing is performed directly with a wash gum solution or a rinsing solution without washing with water. becomes fatigued and has a short lifespan.

An example of this is described in the photosensitive material processing apparatus for printing plate making shown in FIG. 2. A processing liquid tank 1, a circulating water washing liquid tank 2, a washing gum solution or a rinsing liquid tank 3 are provided, and the photosensitive material 4 for printing plate making is It is transported by a pair of transport rollers 5 arranged above the processing liquid tank 1 . When the photosensitive material 4 for printing plate making is conveyed over the processing liquid tank 1, the developer in the processing liquid tank 1 is supplied to the photosensitive material 4 for printing plate making from the supply means 6 by the circulation pump. Furthermore, the diazo compound sent to the brush roller 7 and developed and dissolved is removed by the brush roller 7, and a developer is supplied by supply means 8 disposed on both sides of the brush roller 7 to accelerate the development. Next, after squeezing with the squeeze roller 9, the circulating water in the circulating washing liquid tank 2 is supplied to both sides of the printing plate making photosensitive material 4 by the supply means 10 via the circulation pump when passing over the circulating washing liquid tank 2. Spray and pre-wash.

Thereafter, when passing over the wash gum liquid or rinsing liquid tank 3, these cleaning liquids are sprayed from the supply means 11 onto the photosensitive material 4 for printing plate making to clean it. As this cleaning liquid, a wash gum liquid or a rinsing liquid is used depending on the type of photosensitive material 4 for printing plate making.

In this photosensitive material processing apparatus for printing plate making, when the processing liquid becomes exhausted, the development finish of the photosensitive material 4 for printing plate making becomes unstable. For this purpose, as shown in FIG. 3, a processing liquid tank 12 is provided between the processing liquid tank 1 and the circulating water washing liquid tank 2, and the photosensitive material 4 for printing plate making that has been developed in the processing liquid tank 1 is squeezed. Squeeze with roller 9. Then, the supplying means 13 performs development again with a developer similar to a new solution, and the dirty residual liquid that remains on the photosensitive film or the plate surface due to insufficient dissolution on the photosensitive material 4 for printing plate making is developed. Dissolve and wash away. As a result, development is stabilized, and since cleaning is performed in the next circulating washing liquid tank 2, the amount of processing liquid brought into the next washing gum liquid or rinsing liquid tank 3 is reduced, and the washing gum liquid , or the life of a cleaning liquid such as a rinse liquid becomes longer.

In this case, the developing tank becomes compact and the number of rollers decreases, and as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, when the photosensitive material 4 for printing plate making is being developed, When passing over the processing liquid tank 12, the respective developing solutions sprayed from the supply means 8 and 17 swell onto the photosensitive material 4 for printing plate making (FIG. 5).

An example of a device for reducing carryover of processing liquid is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 163237/1983. In this device, a perforated molding roller is placed on the partition wall, and the pressure inside the perforated roller is reduced to suck the processing liquid and reduce carryover of the processing liquid. Since the processing liquid is sucked, the apparatus becomes large-sized, and there are problems such as the processing liquid cannot be carried over to the other tank very efficiently, and such means cannot be applied.

Also, as disclosed in Special Bulletin No. 52-96869,
A flexible wiper is installed on the lower roller of the conveyor roller,
Some wipers are brought into pressure contact with the lower roller to prevent the processing liquid from carrying over. This device is equipped with a conveyor roller and a flexible wiper corresponding to each processing tank, making the processing device itself complicated and large, and the flexible wiper is in pressure contact with the lower roller. , the pressure on the lower roller increases,
This causes friction on the roller surface and affects conveyance. In addition, the stiffness of the flexible wiper is important in separating the processing liquid from the roller surface, but if you choose a flexible wiper, the pressure on the roller will increase, making the roller surface more likely to be scratched. However, since the flexible wiper is also under pressure, there is a problem with its durability. Further, when the rollers and flexible wiper are attached and detached for cleaning or the like, it is troublesome to return the flexible wiper to its original shape, and maintenance is troublesome.
