Claims (1)
- 本体の壁面より突出し、摺動自在に構成された
摺動軸と、該摺動軸の先端に設けた被検物体を測
定する検出子と、上記摺動軸と並列して設けた伸
縮自在のピストンロツトと、該ピストンロツトの
先端に配設した上記検出子面上の切粉などを除去
するノズルと、上記摺動軸と連動作動するエアシ
リンダー装置とを具備することを特徴とする検出
器などのエアブロ装置。
