Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the assembling easiness and working effectiveness for a radiator by furnishing mounting pins on and under the radiator, allowing a lower member to support the bottom of radiator, and securing the top to an upper cross member through a bracket. CONSTITUTION:Mounting pins 11, 12 are fitted to an upper tank 2 and lower tank 3 of a radiator 1. A support 8 inclined toward the engine room is formed in a single piece with an upper cross member 4 in its position mating with the hold-down part for the radiator 1, and thereto a bracket 9 is secured, whose end is bent into a flange 16. When this radiator 1 is installed, a radiator mount 6 is fitted on the mounting pin 12 installed on the lower tank 3, followed by supporting by a lower member 7. Then another radiator mount 11 is fitted on the other mounting pin 11 installed on the upper tank 2, and the bracket 9 is fitted from above.
