Claims (1)
流れる流体量を調整する流量調整弁と、この流量
調整弁の上流及び下流側間の圧力差に応じて吐出
側の流体の一部を吸入側へ還流させる流量制御装
置とを備え、前記流量調整弁が、吐出通路上流側
開口に形成された絞り部と、この絞り部から吐出
する流体が直接前記流量制御装置の感圧オリフイ
スに流入してその動圧が流量制御装置に伝わらな
いように緩衝部を備えていることを特徴とする液
