本体に、ロアブームをロアブームシリンダで垂直

ツパブームを介してアームステーを水平方向に回
動可能に設けると共に、該アームステーと前記ロ
アブーム間を平行リンクさせるロツドで連結し、
前記ロアブームとアツパーブーム間に該アツパブ
ームを水平方向に回動させるオフセツトシリンダ
を取付け、前記アームステーの先端にアームをア
ームシリンダで垂直方向に回動自在に設け、該ア
ームの先端にバケツトをバケツトシリンダで垂直
方向に回動自在に設けて成る作業体を有し、前記
オフセツトシリンダにオフセツトコントロールバ
ルブを介して連結されるオフセツト用リモコン弁
を備える油圧シヨベルにおいて、 前記作業体がX軸およびY軸方向における前記
運転室との干渉危険領域内へ進入したことを検知
する検知手段をそれぞれ設けると共に前記オフセ
ツトコントロールバルブと、油圧ポンプに接続さ
れる前記オフセツト用リモコン弁の上流に前記二
の検知手段の同時検知信号により作動する電磁弁
を設けたことを特徴とする油圧シヨベルにおける
作業体の運転室干渉防止装置。 (2) 前記オフセツトシリンダのストロークによ
り前記作業体がY軸方向における前記運転室との
干渉危険領域内へ進入したことを検知する検知手
段を設け、且つ前記バケツトシリンダ、ロアブー
ムシリンダ、アームシリンダのストロークにより
、前記作業体がX軸方向における運転室との干渉
危険領域内へ進入したことを検知する検知手段を
設けると共に前記オフセツトコントロールバルブ
と、油圧ポンプに接続される前記オフセツト用リ
モコン弁の上流に前記二の検知手段の同時検知信
号により作動する電磁弁を設けたことを特徴とす
る油圧シヨベルにおける請求項1記載の作業体の
運転室干渉防止装置。 (3) 前記ロアブームシリンダ、バケツトシリン
ダ又はアームシリンダのストローク、および前記
オフセツトシリンダのストロークにより、前記作
業体のロアブーム、アーム、アツパーブームおよ
びバケツトがX軸方向およびY軸方向における前
記運転室との干渉危険領域内へ進入したことを検
知する検知手段の検知信号により作動する電磁弁
を設けた請求項2記載の油圧シヨベルにおける作
業体の運転室干渉防止装置。 (4) 前記オフセツトシリンダのストロークおよ
び前記ロアブームシリンダ、バケツトシリンダ又
はアームシリンダのストロークにより、前記作業
体のロアブーム、アーム、アツパーブーム、バケ
ツトの内の二又は三の機器がX軸方向およびY軸
方向における前記運転室との干渉危険領域内へ進
入したことを検知する検知手段の検知信号により
作動する電磁弁を設けた請求項2記載の油圧シヨ
ベルにおける作業体の運転室干渉防止装置。 (5) 前記各シリンダのストロークの検知手段を
