- 所定の減衰量制御電圧に対応する可変直流バイ
アス電圧をピンダイオードに加えて入力信号に対
する伝送減衰量を制御調整するピンダイオード可
変減衰回路において、前記ピンダイオードにバイ
アス電圧を加えるピンダイオード・ドライバ回路
は、前記ピンダイオードに対する制御ドライブを
電流モードにより行うための電圧電流変換回路を
複数個並列に接続したことを特徴とするピンダイ
オード可変減衰回路。
