- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 それぞれ一面にアース板を配置し、他面にマイ
クロストリツプ導体を配置した２つの誘電体基板
を並置し、両マイクロストリツプ導体をパターン
接続導体により接続すると共に、両アース板を電
気的に接触させてなるマイクロ波回路において、 両アース板の対向端面を、両アース板の接触が
誘電体基板に近い所で行われるように互いに異な
る傾斜角を有する傾斜面として形成したことを特
徴とするマイクロ波回路。
