している。さらに磁気ディスクの回転を利用して密閉容
器内の空気を循環させ、その経路中にエアーフィルタを
設け、内部で発生した埃等を除去している。ここで使用
されているエアーフィルタは第3図に示すように単に微
細な目を持つフィルタ4を広い表面積で使用し、目にか
かる埃を取り除いているだけである。
