て、 この装置は、素材を治具に受渡す受渡し部に、
素材と治具の位置整合機構を備えるとともに、治
具から素材を受取る受取り部に、素材の高さ変化
に対応し得る受取り機構を備えたことを特徴とす
るワークの受渡し兼受取り装置。 (2) 前記受渡し部の位置整合機構は、治具係合
部と案内ピンを有し且つ偏位可能な位置決め体と
、ピン係合部を有し且つ偏位可能な受渡し体とか
らなり、位置決め体の治具係合部を治具に係合さ
せて位置決め体の位置を決定するとともに、この
位置決め体の案内ピンに前記受渡し体のピン係合
部を係合せしめることによつて治具と受渡し体の
