Claims (1)

刃物台を設け、前記摺動円筒体の軸心方向移動を
前記刃物台の半径方向移動に変換して両者を互い
に連動連結されるラツクピニオン機構を設け、前
記回転円筒体と摺動円筒体との間に、前記回転筒
体の内周に形成したシリンダー室と前記摺動円筒
体の一部に形成したピストンとから成るシリンダ
ーユニツト部を構成し、このシリンダーユニツト
部により前記摺動円筒体を軸心方向に移動させ得
