Claims (1)
- 円盤状の圧電セラミツクスをミラー裏面の凹面
に張り付け、径方向モードの振動を励起して表面
に付着した水滴を飛散させるミラーの水滴除去装
置に於て、前記圧電セラミツクスの外周に金属リ
ングを焼きバメ或いは、焼バメ、冷しバメを併用
して、圧電セラミツクスにラジアル方向の圧縮応
力を与え、電極接着及び振動に伴う引張、せん断
応力を相殺させる圧電セラミツクスを用いた水滴
除去装置ミラー。
