Abstract

PURPOSE:To set a surface skin and obviate the need of a cover set wire as separate part and reduce the number of necessary parts by hooking a cover set core part onto the hooking part of a sheet body such as wire and S-spring which are laid onto an insertion wire and sheet frame which are embedded into a sheet pad, by using a hog ring. CONSTITUTION:The cover set core part 14 of a suspending member 2 is hooked onto an S-spring 13 laid on the sheet frame of a sheet body 1a by using a hog ring 8. The cover set core part 14 can be hooked similarly onto a wire laid into the sheet frame. The hog ring hooking position is displayed by forming an insertion hole for the hog ring onto the suspending member 2, and the hooking of the hog ring can be easily carried out. Therefore, the shape and position of the insertion hole can be properly designed. Further, when no insertion hole is formed, the suspending member can be hooked through sticking at the steep edge of the hog ring. Therefore, the number of necessary parts can be reduced, and a surface skin can be set at a low cost.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above-mentioned problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a setting structure for the skin of a seat that does not take much time to set and can reduce the number of parts.

(Another Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a sewnable soft resin strip, and a pair of left and right hard resin strips that are provided on both sides of the strip and can be fitted into each other. A cover set core is formed by sewing a hanging member integrally equipped with a linear part to the outer skin at the central part of the band-shaped part, and folding both sides of the hanging member and fitting the linear parts together.
