胴部と、従動ホイールの胴部とにわたりコイル状
に巻かれたスプリングを設け、スプリングの一端
を駆動ホイール側に、他端をコイルの励磁により
軸方向に沿つて移動可能なスリーブにそれぞれ係
止し、スリーブを、前記駆動ホイールに設けた保
持手段によつて軸方向に沿つて移動自在に保持し
