の燃料供給を停止し、該エンジン回転数が燃料供
給停止領域の下限値を下回ると燃料の供給を再び
開始する燃料供給手段と、 前記故障検知手段がアイドルスピードコントロ
ール手段の故障を検知したときに、前記燃料供給
手段の燃料供給停止領域の下限値を所定のアイド
ル回転数の近傍にまで低下させる燃料供給停止領
