- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光センサ本体から延長された光フアイバの検出
端を内装した金属スリーブと、 雄ネジを形成した外周面の一端をテーパーを付
けて拡径し、さらにこの拡径部に複数の割溝を形
成してなり、上記金属スリーブに摺動自在に外嵌
される筒状スライドネジと、 上記筒状スライドネジに螺装される第１ナツト
と、 取付ブラケツトの孔に嵌められた上記筒状スラ
イドネジに螺装され、上記第１ナツトとの間で取
付ブラケツトを締め付ける第２ナツトとを備えた
光センサのアタツチメント。
