Currently, it is becoming difficult to secure disposal sites without disposal restrictions, and an increasing number of locations are imposing disposal requirements that require three categories (earth and sand, combustible materials, and noncombustible materials) or at least two categories (earth and sand, garbage).

In order to separate the dust and dirt before disposal, the dust and dirt collected by road cleaning vehicles was collected on the ground and then separated again. Because it is difficult to separate and is a source of pollution such as dust and odor, mobile separation equipment has been developed.

Once the acceptance is complete, the sorting process continues, and the discharge conveyor 32 arranged on the ground discharges each category onto the ground or onto a truck loading platform.
The basic specification is that when a series of sorting processes is completed, the supporting force of the grounding support member is released, and the device can be guided to the towing truck 4a and moved to the destination.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The mobile dust/soil separation device of the prior art allows a separation plant that is commonly used on the ground to combine a raw material sieve and a means for supplying and discharging the material to the sieve. There are several problems because it is simply mounted on a transportable chassis.

First, in order to receive the raw material to be separated, it is necessary to install the feed hopper 7a as low as possible, so the belt feeder 8a inevitably becomes long, and the overall length of the apparatus inevitably increases.

Due to the large overall length, which is likely to be subject to restrictions on movement, and the configuration, which is subject to restrictions on movement due to the pre- and post-processes of supply and discharge, it is relatively difficult to keep the device in a predetermined position after it has been moved. Materials to be separated that have been stored for a long period of time and collected are transported to the equipment using cleaning vehicles or reloaded transport vehicles.

As a result, there is a significant decrease in the efficiency of treatment operations, an increase in treatment costs, and the occurrence of constant pollution such as noise, bad odor, and dust at the treatment site, which cannot be solved using conventional technology developed for the purpose of solving these problems. This is sufficient and shows that problems still remain in urban administration.

The conventional technology shown in Figure 4 is similar to the technology shown in Figures A and B, and although it is a portable separator, the gravel separated by the rotating sieve is constantly collected on the spot in directions B and C outside the device. Therefore, this idea is only possible at a gravel dump where separation and discharge occur in the same place, and it would be unthinkable to try to separate them during transportation. In addition, since this configuration supplies the raw material from above A of the rotary sieve, it is not as long as the technology shown in Figure 3 and can exhibit maneuverability, but it also requires a special device to feed the raw material into the hopper located at a high position. Become.

Furthermore, the technology disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 54-157378 uses a fixed rotary sieve to separate municipal waste, but the gist of this is to suction floating lightweight materials such as paper and plastics, mainly due to particle size. This method is not intended for the treatment of the sieve after the rotary sieve that is separated by the sieve.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention consists of an easily movable overall length and a structure that reduces restrictions on movement, and allows for flexible separation processing to increase separation efficiency.
On the other hand, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a new mobile dust/soil separation device that can significantly reduce the occurrence of pollution.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The mobile dust/soil separation device according to the present invention has a rotary sieve rotatably mounted on a portable platform, and has a receiving position of the material to be separated lower than the rotary sieve and a position above the rotary sieve. The above-mentioned problem can be solved by providing a feed hopper rotatably supported between the material supply port of the rotary sieve and independent storage tanks under the plurality of sieves of the rotary sieve, which can be discharged freely. In addition, the rotation of the feed hopper is supported by a link mechanism and a hydraulic cylinder so that it can be raised and lowered from the transportable cart, a belt feeder inserted into the lower part of the feed hopper, and a ground support base fixed to the lower part of the belt feeder are integrated. It is also shown that the discharge from the plurality of storage tanks is comprised of a discharge plate that slides into sliding contact with the inner wall so as to be reciprocatable within each storage tank.

In addition, dust and dirt collected by road sweeping vehicles etc. are accepted at any point on the road at any time, and the device is separated and processed while the device is running or stopped, and at the same time, the separated dust and dirt are discharged outside the device. [Scope of Claims] 1. In a dust/soil separation device in which a rotary sieve is rotatably mounted on a transportable trolley, a space between a receiving position of a material to be separated that is lower than the rotary sieve and a material supply port above the rotary sieve is provided. A mobile dust and sand device comprising a rotatably supported feed hopper and independent storage tanks under a plurality of sieves of the rotary sieve, each of which is dischargable and provided on a cart. 2. The rotation of the feed hopper integrates the feed hopper, which is supported by a link mechanism and a hydraulic cylinder so that it can be raised and lowered from the transportable cart, the belt feeder attached to the bottom of the feed hopper, and the ground support base fixed to the bottom of the belt feeder. A mobile dust/soil separation device according to claim 1, which is assembled into a mobile dust/soil separation device as set forth in claim 1. 3. The mobile dust/soil separation device according to Claims 1 and 2, which comprises a discharge plate that slides against an inner wall so that discharge from a plurality of storage tanks can be reciprocated within each storage tank.
