連結して走行体を成し、前記脚部の先端側をレー
ル上に載せて、外部の給電装置から電圧が印加さ
れる圧電素子によつて前記脚部および胴部を位相
をずらして振動させることにより、前記走行体が
レール上を走行する超音波リニアモータにおいて
、 前記レールに取り付けられて、そのレールの長
手方向に沿つて延在しかつ前記外部の給電装置に
接続された導電体と、 前記走行体に取り付けられ、前記圧電素子に接
続されかつ前記導電体に接したまま前記走行体と
共に移動して、前記導電体を介して前記給電装置
と前記圧電素子を接続する接触子とを具備してな
