Figure 1 shows a system configuration diagram. On a rotary manufacturing machine having a plurality of heads (7) that hold a workpiece to be inspected, two heads are moved in one movement.
After stopping for a certain period of time, the operation of moving two more heads is repeated. The external device (Bl) detects the movement of the manufacturing machine (2) and switches the measurement circuit (5) to the measurement position (1) after confirming that the workpiece detection device (3) detects a workpiece at the measurement position (1). 3 pulse signals each informing that the measurement circuit (5) has been switched to the measurement position (2) when the workpiece detection device (4) has confirmed that the workpiece has been detected at the measurement position (2). is outputted to the computer 1t (0. The three pulse signals are outputted to a pair of signal lines through the OR circuit (6) as shown in FIG. As shown in Fig. 3, the output rule is that the signal 1 that is output when the movement of the manufacturing machine surface is detected is output every time 1 for a fixed period of time if there is continuous movement of the manufacturing machine surface.Measurement position ( In 1), when the work detection device (3) confirms that the work has been detected, the measurement circuit (5) is switched to the measurement position (1) and the signal 2 is output.
