- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 電池の端子電圧をＡ／Ｄ変換するＡ／Ｄ変換
器と、前記Ａ／Ｄ変換器の出力を一定周期ごとに
サンプリングしてラツチするラツチ回路と、サン
プリング時点以降のＡ／Ｄ変換器の出力を前記ラ
ツチ回路の出力から減算し、減算値が一定値を超
えたときに警報信号を出力する比較演算回路とか
