Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 入力信号のレベルと出力信号のレベルとを比較
して、入力信号レベルが出力信号レベルよりも高
い場合は高レベルあるいは低レベルのいずれか一
方のレベルの信号を出力する一方、入力信号レベ
ルが出力信号のレベルよりも低い場合は高レベル
あるいは低レベルのいずれか他方のレベルの信号
を出力するコンパレータと、 上記コンパレータから出力される上記一方のレ
ベルの信号に従つて動作して、所定値の電流を供
給する充電用定電流源と、 上記充電用定電流源からの所定値の電流によつ
て充電されるコンデンサと、 上記コンパレータから出力される上記他方のレ
ベルの信号に従つて動作して、所定値の電流で上
記コンデンサを放電させる放電用定電流源を備え
たことを特徴とするレベル検出回路。
