Claims (1)
をなす可撓性のダイヤフラムが接液する表面側と
背面側とを遮断するように周縁部で固定して配置
され、その背面側中央部に連結された作動軸の軸
方向進退駆動により、該ダイヤフラムの表面側が
弁座と離接して開閉弁する液体用ダイヤフラム弁
において、上記ダイヤフラムが背面側のゴム製膜
基板と表面側の合成樹脂膜との間に導電性ゴム層
を有すると共に、該導電性ゴム層が弁ケースに対
して絶縁され、かつ該導電性ゴム層と弁ケースと
の間の電気的導通の検知装置を具備することを特
徴とする液体用ダイヤフラム弁。 (2) ダイヤフラムがゴム製膜基材と導電性ゴム
層との間に補強布を介在するものである請求項1
