開となつて吸込み可能となりポンプ停止時には閉
となることでポンプ再起動時にポンプの１次側に
流体を留めておくようにすると共に、前記弁体に

て、 外部からの操作する操作具と、この操作具と前
記弁体との間に取付けられて操作具の移動方向を
変換して弁体を弁開状態から強制的に全閉状態と
する方向変換手段とを設けたことを特徴とするポ
