Claims (1)
て工作物を加工するNC旋削工作機械の刃物台に
おいて、この刃物台に主軸軸線と直角方向に割出
しし主軸軸線と直角な端面に複数の工具ホルダを
取付可能なタレツトと、このタレツトに着脱自在
で各々回転工具取付可能でX方向又はZ方向の回
転工具用工具ホルダと、前記タレツトに着脱自在
で内径工具取付け可能な内径固定工具用工具ホル
ダと、前記タレツトに着脱自在で外径工具取付け
可能な外径固定工具用工具ホルダとからなり、前
記外径固定工具用工具ホルダに取付けられる外径
工具刃先の主軸軸線方向に沿つた取付位置が前記
タレツトに取付けられた隣接する工具ホルダの主
軸側最大突出し端面よりもやや主軸側に固定され
るように各工具ホルダの形状を規制したことを特
徴とする複合NC旋盤の刃物台。 (2) 前記主軸の主軸軸線方向に対向して設けら
れるサブスピンドルに把持された工作物を加工す
るための工具ホルダが、前記タレツトの取付面に
着脱自在である実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記
載の複合NC旋盤の刃物台。 (3) 前記工具ホルダの取付位置をタレツトの同
一ピツチ円周上に配設し、タレツト割出し半径方
向に特定する工具刃先位置の設定位置を複数ケ所
設け、加工条件に適合する設定位置に工具ホルダ
を選択的に差し換えて取付け可能とするように工
具ホルダの形状を定めた実用新案登録請求の範囲
