本発明はツーバイフオー住宅建築における壁体

本発明の目的は、表面仕上げ材や窓サツシ等を
あらかじめ組込んだ枠組壁体を、隣家と密接した

ができ、しかも壁体とステージとの間の雨仕舞を
簡単にして確実に施して建て起すことのできる工

れ、壁体5を建て起してステージ4の端部の所定
位置に立設固定したとき、該水切り板12の下部
12bにてステージ4の外側部を被覆することが
できるようになしている。13はステージ4の外
側面に配設した仕上げ材で、耐水性と不燃性のよ
い板材からなる。該仕上げ材13と床梁2との間
にも水切り板15の上部を挿入固着させ、該水切
り板15の下部で床梁2と基礎1との間の雨仕舞
を行つている。このように仕上げ材13をステー
ジ4の外側面に配設している場合、壁体5を所定
の位置に立設固定したとき、前記した水切り板1
2の下端は仕上げ材13の外側面に当接させるよ
うになしておけばよい。仕上げ材13及び水切り
板15がない場合には、水切り板12の下部12
bを基礎1のところまで延出せしめ、水切り板1
2の下端が基礎1の側面に当接するようになす
(第5図参照)。水切り板12,15は防錆処理等
を施した鉄板や合成樹脂板を用い、装飾効果を高

狭い、いわゆる狭少地においても容易にして正確
な建て起しを行うことができるとともに、壁体を
建て起すのみで壁体とステージの側部との雨仕舞
を確実に行うことができる。従つて、狭い場所に
入つて水切り板を取付けたりする面倒な作業は不
