    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 軒樋の両上端部に形成された耳部のうち、家屋
    側に位置される耳部の内面側より屋外側上方に向
    けて係止片を突設し、屋外側に位置される耳部の
    下方内面に係止凹部を設け、両耳部間の長さより
    もやや長い目の弾性を有する網板の一端を上記係
    止片に載設すると共に他端を係止凹部に係合させ
    て成る落葉避け機能付き軒樋の構造。
