Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は活字部にインパクト力を与えて印字を
行う形式の小型プリンタの活字輪に関するもので
ある。

従来の活字輪は第1図、第2図、第3図に示す
如き構造をなしている。即ち、第1図において全
体を符号1で示す活字輪は第2図に示す如き円筒
形に形成された基台2をもとにして組立てられて
いる。基台2の周面には一定間隔で軸方向に沿つ
て透孔2a,2bが千鳥状に配列されて形成され
ている。この基台2に第3図に示す如き千鳥配列
の活字ベルト3が装着される。活字ベルト3は弾
性材、たとえば、ニトリルゴム、ウレタンゴム、
シリコンゴム、フロロプレンゴム、天然ゴム、ス
チレンブタジエンゴム、クロロスルフオン化ポリ
エチレン、ブチルゴム、エチレンプロピレンゴ
ム、フツ素ゴム、ネオプレンゴム、アクリルゴ
ム、エピクロルヒドリンゴム等によつて形成され
ておりその表面側には活字部3aが活字台3b上
に突設されており、これらの活字台3bと対向し
て活字ベルト3の裏面には突起3cが突設されて
いる。そして、活字ベルト3は前記基台2に装着
されるとき、その裏面の突起3cを透孔2aの中
に嵌合されることにより装着される。

を損い、ひいてはプリンタの商品価値を落として
