図において、1は赤外線検出部、2は信号処理
部、3は赤外線レンズ、4は赤外線検出器、5は
冷却器、6は素子駆動回路、7はサンプリングホ
ールド回路、8はA/D変換器、9は欠陥情報メ
モリ、10は欠陥画素補正回路、11はタイミン
グジエネレータ、12は固定パターン補正回路、
13はD/A変換器及び同期付加回路、14は欠
陥情報記録転送回路、15は欠陥情報受信メモリ
である。なお、図中、同一あるいは相当部分には
同一符号を付して示してある。
