図において、１は赤外線検出部、２は信号処理
部、３は赤外線レンズ、４は赤外線検出器、５は
冷却器、６は素子駆動回路、７はサンプリングホ
ールド回路、８はＡ／Ｄ変換器、９は欠陥情報メ
モリ、１０は欠陥画素補正回路、１１はタイミン
グジエネレータ、１２は固定パターン補正回路、
１３はＤ／Ａ変換器及び同期付加回路、１４は欠
陥情報記録転送回路、１５は欠陥情報受信メモリ
である。なお、図中、同一あるいは相当部分には
同一符号を付して示してある。
