チダイオードの共通接続点に直列スイツチダイオ
ードに対しては逆バイアス、並列ダイオードに対
しては順方向バイアスとなるバイアス電圧を与え
るバイアス供給回路と、 Ｄ 上記直列スイツチダイオード及び並列スイツ
チダイオードの共通接続点に与えられるバイアス
電圧をオン、オフ制御し、上記直列スイツチダイ
オードと並列スイツチダイオードのオンとオフの
