Claims (1)
複写機のコンタクトガラス上へ給紙する給紙部と
、該給紙部によつて給紙された原稿を搬送ベルト
によつて前記コンタクトガラス上に搬送する搬送
部と、該搬送部によつて搬送された原稿を外部へ
排出する排紙部とを備え、前記給紙部によつて給
紙された原稿を前記搬送部によつて搬送して前記
コンタクトガラス上の給紙部側の端部に設定した
基準位置に後端を合わせた露光位置に停止させ、
露光終了後その原稿を前記搬送部によつて前記排
紙部へ搬送するようにした自動原稿給送装置にお
いて、 前記排紙部に到達した原稿の先端を検出する原
稿先端検出手段と、該手段によつて原稿の先端が
検出された時に前記給紙部による次の原稿の給紙
を開始させる第1の原稿給紙制御手段と、 前記給紙部によつて給送される原稿の給紙方向
のサイズを検出する原稿サイズ検出手段と、該手
段によつて検出されたサイズに応じて前記給紙部
による次の原稿の給紙を開始させるタイミングを
変化させる第2の原稿給紙制御手段と、 前記第1の原稿給紙制御手段と前記第2の原稿
給紙制御手段のいずれか一方を任意に切換えて動
作させる切換手段とを設けたことを特徴とする自
