Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a uniformly dyed fiber having high compatibility in high reproducibility by dyeing a polyamide fiber with a dye composition produced by compounding yellow, red and blue simple dyes or with a mixture of said compounded primary colors at proper ratios. CONSTITUTION:A polyamide fiber is dyed with a dye having high wet color fastness by using a dye composition produced by selecting and compounding a yellow dye consisting of group (YA) comprising C.I. Acid Yellow 42, 219 and a compound of formula I (X is Cl, etc.), group (YB) comprising Orange 67, 217 and group (YC) comprising Orange 95, 127. A level dyeing can be achieved in high compatibility by the use of the above dye composition in contrast with the dyeing with simple dye causing nonuniform dyeing. The similar dyeing property can be attained by using a red dye consisting of a selected and compounded mixture from group (RA) C.I. Acid Red 119, group (RB) Red 151, 299, a compound of formula II (R1 and R2 are H or CH3; R3 and R4 are H, CH3, etc.) and group (RC) Red 266, 299 or using a blue dye consisting of a selected and compounded mixture from group (BA) C.I. Acid Blue 127, group (BB) 40, 260, group (BC) 40, 264, etc.

When dyeing polyamide fibers with so-called level-dyeing acid dyes that have a high dye migration property, the initial dyeing property (strike property) at room temperature is relatively large, but in order to improve the dye migration property, several types of dyes are blended. Even if dyeing is carried out after toning, mutual dye transfer occurs during the subsequent temperature raising process, so it is easy to obtain a uniform dyed product over each concentration. Therefore, dyeing with the so-called three primary color dyes of yellow, red and blue can be used without any inconvenience.

しかし、反面、湿潤堅牢度の点で不充分である。However, on the other hand, it is insufficient in terms of wet fastness.

In order to solve this drawback, the use of fast acid dyes with good wet fastness has been accepted in some cases. However, wet-fast dyes generally have poor level dyeing properties because they have poor dye migration properties and the dyeing rate increases in the temperature range of 70 to 90°C. For this reason, level dyeing cannot be easily obtained even if operational measures such as slow heating rate are taken. Therefore, dyeing takes a very long time and is not practical. In addition, when dyeing using only one type of fast acid dye, it is necessary to understand its characteristics and set the dyeing conditions (P [1, temperature, heating rate, etc.)
It is possible to obtain uniformly dyed products by adjusting the dyeing temperature and using dyeing aids. However, it is extremely rare to use only a single dye for dyeing, and in order to obtain dyed products with a wide range of hues, it is necessary to mix and match several different color dyes to match the desired hue. There must be. However, in the case of fast acid dyes, dyed products obtained by compound dyeing lack uniformity, and preferred three primary colors of fast acid dyes have not yet been obtained.

Means for Solving the Problems The present inventors have developed fast acid dyes such as those described in the acid dye section of Color Index 3rd Edition (published by Society of Dyers Laboratories) and similar chemical structures thereof. A single dye was selected from each of the yellow, red, and blue dyes, and the dyeing behavior of each dye was investigated on polyamide fibers under the same dyeing conditions.

As a result, in each of the three primary color systems, by selecting and blending a single dye from each group classified into three groups, we obtained a blended three primary color dye composition that was wet-fast and capable of imparting flat dyeing properties. The present invention was completed after discovering that it became possible to align the dyeing speeds of the three primary colors and (e) dye with good compatibility, thereby obtaining uniform dyed products with good reproducibility at each concentration and temperature. This is what I did.

Conventionally, when blending dyeing using a single fast acid dye, a very complicated dyeing operation was required, which required setting heating conditions and adjusting dyeing conditions according to each dyeing speed. With the blended dye compositions and their blended dye compositions according to the present invention, dyeing programs suitable for the processing form of polyamide fibers and the type of dyeing equipment can be arbitrarily set, and dyeing programs that are uniform and have good wet fastness can be obtained. Dyeings can be easily obtained with good reproducibility. As a result, the dyeing time, which conventionally required a long time, can naturally be shortened, and an industrially advantageous dyeing method can be established.

Acjd Blue 138 dyeing During the heating process, reddish component staining was noticeable on the dyed product during the dyeing process, and a brown dyed product was finally obtained. There is a lack of level dyeing due to poor compatibility between each dye, and there are also problems with the reproducibility of dyed products. The amount of each of the three primary colors dyed on the dyed article was measured. The dyeing rate curve results are shown in FIG. The dyeing speeds of the three primary colors are uneven compared to the second sample relating to Example-7.
