剛性材よりなりサドルの一端とバンドの一端とを

ドルとバンドは、上記パイプの外周面と略同形状
の内周面を有する半円筒部を夫々有し、これら半
円筒部は夫々の一端に上記連結部材に係合する係
合部を有し、連結部材は断面略コの字状のチヤン
ネル形状を示し、サドルの係合部とバンドの係合
部とを、パイプの長手方向には挿通自在に、且つ
パイプの長手方向と直交する方向には抜脱不可能
に連結すると共に、サドルとバンドがパイプを挟
んだ状態でこれらの半円筒部がパイプに同軸に被
さるように、サドルの半円筒部とバンドの半円筒
