Artificial turf is used in various competition facilities, but attempts to use artificial turf on golf course greens are attracting particular attention.

This is the basic structure of an artificial lawn green that is characterized by:

The sand used is about 1 m/m, and the rubber chips used are about 5 m/m. This asphalt-coated crushed stone, sand, and rubber chips are mixed in a ratio of 3:3:4, spread out to a thickness of about 15 cm, and thoroughly compacted using a vibrating plate weighing about 80 to 100 kg.

So-called leave-in sand-filled artificial turf is suitable because it blends well with the substrate and is easy to work with.

来る。 That is, in the case of the conventional method of laying directly on soil, there were disadvantages in the winter when frost heaving caused unevenness and water puddles due to poor drainage, but the present invention
A buffer layer made by compacting a mixture of crushed stone, sand, and rubber chips coated with asphalt plays a waterproof role, forming an impermeable layer, and can prevent frost heave by blocking capillary water from underground.

有するものである。 In addition, when using conventional asphalt composite materials, cement, etc. as a base, they are hard, so the ball bounces too high, rolls too much, and puts a heavy burden on the human body, including the legs and lower back, which has the disadvantage of negatively impacting health. Atsuta is a layer of asphalt coated with a mixture of crushed stone, sand, and rubber chips, and has cushioning properties that allow the ball to bounce and roll appropriately, making it extremely similar to natural turf, as well as being less harmful to the human body. It has the effect of reducing negative effects.
