Abstract

PURPOSE:To speedily execute an order and to reduce the number of waitresses by observing a menu with a customer, inputting the order to a terminal equipment, simultaneously printing a receipt to the terminal equipment and displaying the contents of the order in a kitchen. CONSTITUTION:An order terminal equipment 1 is set in each table and the customer observes the menu and inputs the order. The ordered contents are printed to the order terminal equipment 1, processed by a processor 2 and displayed on a display device 3 which is set in the kitchen. The order terminal equipment 1 is composed of an input part 4, a display part 5 and a printer 6. The customer inputs the number of persons at the table and the order number of the menu and finally pushes the button of the sum. The ordered contents are displayed on the display part 5 and printed to the printer 6. Then, when the order is finished and the button of the sum is pushed, the receipt is completed by the printer 6. The customer takes the receipt to a register and executes payment.
