Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は建築物、特に集合住宅における各戸
の排気方法に関するものである。
従来集合住宅の排気に際しては厨房のレンジフ
ード、浴室、便所の各天井扇にそれぞれ単管のダ
クトを連結させて排気していた。したがつて梁、
外壁のダクトを通す貫通孔が多く、配管長も相当
の長さとなる。しかも厨房の排気ダクトは可燃物
から150mmの離隔距離を確保するか、あるいはロ
ツクウール断熱を５mm厚で施すことが法規上定め
られている。
この発明は前記従来の単管ダクトの一部または
大部分を二重管ダクトにすることによりレンジフ
ード、浴室、便所の各ダクトを１系統に集約し、
またロツクウールの使用を一部としうるように改
良することを目的としたものである。以下その詳
細を図示した実施例によつて説明する。
先ず第１図はダクトの配置状態の概要を示した
もので、左半分は従来例であり、右半分はこの発
明におけるダクトの配置状態である。
レンジフードＡ、浴室Ｂ、便所Ｃから排気をな
すためダクト１がそれぞれ配置され、適宜天井扇
を配置して排気を吸引するようにしてある。
以上のレンジフードＡからの高温の排気と、浴
室Ｂ、便所Ｃの低温の排気とを建物内の一ケ所に
集め、その集合箇所から屋外までを二重管のダク
ト２として配置し、このダクト２の内管３を通じ
て高温の排気をなし、内管３と外管４の間を通じ
て低温の排気をなす。
なお単管のダクト１と二重管のダクト２との集
合箇所に管径を大きくした継管５を使用する。
またダクト２の内管３と外管４との間には適宜
スペーサーを兼ねた固定金具６を介在させる。
またダクト２の屋外への突出部分には２段にデ
イフユーザー７，７を設ける。
この発明は以上の構成からなり、１住宅レンジ
フード、浴室、便所の排気ダクトを系統に集約す
ることができる。しかもダクト径が幾分大きくな
るが、全体として管の使用量を減少し、取付手間
等も著しく軽減できる。さらに高温の排気の周辺
を低温の排気で囲むことになり、接続部分、レン
ジフードから集合箇所までについてはロツクウー
ル断熱の必要が生ずるが、あるいは可燃物から所
要距離間隔を保持する必要があるが、二重管のダ
クト部分について断熱施工の必要がなく、施工が
容易でありより経済的に実施できる。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 建物内の厨房のレンジフードからの高温の排
    気と浴室、便所の低温の排気とをダクトで建物内
    の一ケ所に集め、その集合箇所から屋外まで内外
    二重管のダクトを配置し、内管を通じて前記高温
    の排気をなし、内管と外管の間を通じて前記低温
    の排気をなすことを特徴とする建築物の排気方
    法。
