Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 外層食材用スクリユ押出機における吐出口前面
    に取付けられるダイホルダに、前記吐出口と直交
    状に連通する筒状流路および加熱、冷却等の熱処
    理手段を設け、前記筒状流路内にその一端が内層
    食材供給側と連通または連結される充填用ノズル
    を同心かつ軸方向進退調節可能に内装し、前記筒
    状流路の他端において該流路と連通し、かつ前記
    充填用ノズル先端のテーパ形外周面と対応するテ
    ーパ形ダイス孔を開設したダイスを、前記ダイホ
    ルダに取付けることにより、中空外層食材内に内
    層食材が同時に充填される内外２重押出食材の成
    形可能に設けることを特徴とする食品加工用押出
    機のヘツド装置。
