Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a sandwich transparent plate body having high durability, safety, economical efficiency, and functional characteristic by providing a sealing frame around a peripheral edge of a transparent plate glass or a transparent resin plate body with a same transparent resin as that for forming a transparent resin layer formed by injecting afterward through said peripheral edge. CONSTITUTION:A sealing frame 2 having a fixed width is formed around a peripheral edge of one side of transparent plate glass or a transparent resin plate 1a except a part to be used for executing injection with a same transparent resin as that to be injected afterward. Then, another transparent plate glass or transparent resin plate 1b having a same shape as said plate glass or resin plate 1a is bonded to said plate glass or resin plate 1a. Further, a transparent resin material is injected into a space in the sealing frame 2 through the injection port, forming thus a transparent resin layer 3 by setting the transparent resin material at RT.

Conventionally, many types of laminated transparent glass sheets or single laminated transparent resin sheets of this type have been developed and commercially available, but laminated transparent sheets represented by laminated transparent glass sheets are usually formed by a pressure bonding method, and are made of a single piece. It is simply stronger than glass, and if glass is actually broken due to a vehicle accident, earthquake, etc., glass fragments will fly off and pose a danger to humans. In order to improve the properties, an intermediate layer is formed between two transparent glass plates, and a transparent resin layer is provided on the intermediate layer, which is commercially available.

According to the same manufacturing method, after the laminated transparent plate glass is completed, the colored plutite tape used as a sealing frame remains on the periphery of the finished laminated transparent plate glass, and the periphery cannot be exposed and used. For this reason, the periphery was hidden with a window frame, etc.

In addition, although Pluti Tape itself has high adhesion and sealing properties between sheets of glass, the material of the transparent resin material that is injected later is different, resulting in contact between different types of substances, which are not compatible, and microscopic particles are transferred to the transparent resin layer. There was a negative impact.
