Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 加熱部材に接触してこの加熱部材の表面温
度を検知する温度検知装置において、 温度検知素子を中央付近に設けた帯状のシート
部材と、加熱部材の表面近傍に設けられた上記シ
ート部材を張設できる支持部材とを備え、前記温
度検知素子が上記支持部材に張設された前記シー
ト部材を介して前記加熱部材の表面に弾性接触で
きるように構成したことを特徴とする温度検知素
子の取付構造。 (2) 前記シート部材の少なくとも一方の端部を
付勢部材を介して張設させたことを特徴とする請
求項１記載の温度検知素子の取付構造。 (3) 前記加熱部材はプリンタなどに用いる定着
器の加熱ローラであることを特徴とする請求項１
記載の温度検知素子の取付構造。
