と養生場所への搬送と脱型用のクレーンとが必要
であり、また成形後、外型と共に成形パイプをク
レーンで中型から引き抜く際、成形パイプと外型
の重量以外にコンクリート材と中型の摩擦抵抗が
作用するので安全性を期するためにクレーンの容
量を相当大きく設計する必要があり、これに伴な
い装置全体が大型化、複雑化し、故障率も高くな

行ない、地上においてパレツトを保持し、中型を
外型内に下降することにより中型脱型及び外型内
への挿入を行ない、パレツトに保持された成形パ

全体の装置が簡素化され、これに伴ない故障発生

リングのロツクを解除し、該成形リングを成形空
間から離脱した後、中型を前記押上げ機構により
パレツト及び成形パイプと共に外型の上方へ押上
げ、パレツトを地上において保持して中型を外型
内に下降させることにより中型を脱型しながらこ
れを外型内に挿入して次の成型に備えて成形空間
を形成し、且つパレツトに保持されている成形パ
イプを養生場所に移動して養生することを特徴と
したコンクリートパイプの成形方法。1.
