センサ装置の要部を示す側面断面図、第２図はこ
の考案の他の実施例を示す要部断面図、第３図は
この考案の更に他の実施例を示す要部断面図、第
４図は従来のホール効果形センサ装置を内燃機関
の点火時期制御装置を用いた一般的な例を示す要
部断面図、第５図は第４図中のホール効果素子近
傍の詳細を示す断面図である。 図において６はホール効果素子、６１はリード
線、６４は導体である。なお、図中、同一符号は
同一、または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 磁気回路内に設けられるホール効果素子、この
ホール効果素子より引き出されたリード線、この
リード線に対し電気的に接続された導体を備えた
ものにおいて、上記リード線と上記導体とを溶接
により接続してなることを特徴とするホール効果
形センサ装置。
