もので第１図は接着用金型を用いて自動車のボン
ネツトを接着する場合の一部断面図、第２図及び
第３図は接着経過を示すそれぞれ一部断面図、第
４図はボンネツトの裏面図、第５図は第４図のＸ
―Ｘ線による断面図、第６図は従来の接着用金型
の一部断面図である。 １：外側パネル、２：内側パネル、３，３ａ，
３ｂ，３ｃ：接着剤、４：上型、５：下型、６：
ブロツク、６ａ：ブロツクの段部、７：バネ、８
：粗調整スペーサー、９：微調整スペーサー。

Claims (1)
- 上型の内側パネルとの当り面を複数のブロツク
に分割し、この各ブロツクにバネを配設して上型
の嵌合孔に摺動可能に嵌合すると共に前記各ブロ
ツクの摺動行程を制限するスペーサーを配設した
ことを特徴とする接着用金型。
