この考案は、車両用灯具の分野に利用できるウ

で、ランプの組付作業を能率良くできると共に、
部品点数の削減からコストダウンも図れる利点が

を用い、プリント基板を介して電気的接続がなさ
れる場合には、従来のソケツトをそのまま適用す
ることはできない。本考案は、この問題点を解決

下端部に前記バルブの外部導入線が引き出されて
折曲添着されたホルダとを備え、このホルダの下
端部を前記スリツト孔に押し込んで前記取付孔に
挿入することにより、前記係止片を前記係止部に
係止してホルダをブロツクに保持させ、かつ前記
外部導入線と前記プリント配線とを圧接させて電

ク2bの内側面には、凹状の係止部2eが設けら
れ、上端部には傾斜ガイド面2fが形成されてい
る。このような取付部2は、コンビネーシヨンラ
ンプ(図示せず)を構成するランプの位置に対応
させてランプカバー1に複数個形成される。3は
フレキシブルプリント基板であり、前記ランプカ
バー1の取付部2に嵌合保持される取付部3aを
有し、前記取付孔2aに対応する位置にスリツト
孔3bを含む略H形の切欠孔が形成され、スリツ
ト孔を挾む両側に所要のプリント配線3cが対設
されている。そして、このフレキシブルプリント
基板3は、全体が帯板状を呈し、前記取付部2に
応じて複数個の取付部3aが形成されている。4
はウエツジ形バルブ5を挿着した合成樹脂製のホ
ルダであり、前記保持ブロツク2bの係止部2e
に係止する突起4aが側面に設けられ、下端部4
bにはウエツジ形バルブ5の外部導入線5aが引
き出されて外側に折曲され、下端部の壁に添着さ
れている。このホルダ4は、ランプカバー1の取
付部2に嵌入し保持できると共に、ウエツジ形バ
ルブ5とフレキシブルプリント基板3のプリント
配線3cとを電気的に接続することができる。即
ち、ホルダ4をランプカバー1の取付部2に嵌め
込むと、下端部4bがフレキシブルプリント基板
3のスリツト孔3bの両側に位置する対向部3d
を押し下げて、前記取付孔2aに嵌入し、前記弾
性片2dを外側に押圧すると同時に、ホルダ4の
突起4aが保持ブロツク2bの傾斜ガイド面2f
に沿つて下降し係止部2eに嵌合係止する。これ
により、ホルダ4はランプカバー1の取付部2に
保持固定され、かつホルダ4の下端部4bに添着
されたウエツジ形バルブ5の外部導入線5aと、
フレキシブルプリント基板3の対向部3dにおけ
るプリント配線3cとが、前記弾性片2dの弾性
作用により圧接されて電気的に接続されるからで

ウエツジ形バルブをランプカバーの取付部に差し
込むだけで、このバルブの保持と電気的接続がで
きるようにしたので、組立作業がきわめて良好で
あり、しかもソケツト及び端子類が一切不要でコ

ツト孔を挾んでプリント配線が対設されたフレキ
シブルプリント基板と、ウエツジ形バルブが挿着
され、前記係止部に対応する係止片を有し、下端
部に前記バルブの外部導入線が引き出されて折曲
添着されたホルダとを備え、このホルダの下端部
を前記スリツト孔に押し込んで前記取付孔に挿入
することにより、前記係止片を前記係止部に係止
してホルダをブロツクに保持させ、かつ前記外部
導入線と前記プリント配線とを圧接させて電気的
に接続したことを特徴とするウエツジ形バルブの
