Abstract

PURPOSE:To form the molded sections of many kinds or many colors at exact boundaries or specified positions by a method wherein a bottom mold, and intermediate mold, and a top mold are stacked up in order to be closed, and wherein first bottom material in the intermediate mold and second bottom material in the bottom mold are primarily vulcanized, and wherein the top mold with the primary moldings of the first bottom material is stacked up on the bottom mold and is secondarily vulcanized after the molds are closed. CONSTITUTION:The first bottom material (d) of a desired quantity is contained in the recessed sections 4, 4 of an intermediate mold (b), and in the same manner, the second bottom material (e) of the different kind of a desired quantity is contained in the recessed section 9 of a bottom mold (c). On the bottom mold (c), the intermediate mold (b) is heaped up, and on the intermediate bottom (b), a top mold (a) in order, to be closed, and by a temperature and pressure known widely, primary vulcanization is performed, and primary moldings d', e' are molded. In this case, when the upper mold (a) is removed from the upper section of the intermediate mold (b), then by the top mold (a), in respective recessed sections or grooves 1 at specified sections on the lower surface side of the top mold, the primary moldings d', d' are fitted. When the bottom mold (c) is closed with the top mold (a), them the primary moldings d', d' of the top mold (a) are fitted and are contained in a space in the recessed section 9 of the bottom mold (c). After that, when the respective primary moldings d', e' in the top mold (a) and the bottom mold (c) are secondarily vulcanized, then by the respective primary moldings d', e' which are not yet perfectly vulcanized, a perfect vulcanized moldings connected integrally is formed.

Also, for example, 2nd M, 7! As shown in Figure 1, the third mold is made by first forming an upper mold (A) with a flat lower surface and a predetermined portion on the lower surface in order to manufacture a tall spiked sole or outer sole (6). The medium type (B) and the above-mentioned medium type (B) are provided with a plurality of protrusions for closing the plurality of shallow depressions (Goods) provided at predetermined locations within the upwardly opening concave buttock υ on the upper surface side of the lower mold Q described below. Concave part 01) opened upward
A lower mold (formed from the back) is provided between the protrusions on the lower surface side of the middle mold (B) in the recess (S1ζ), and the mold (G) Each shallow depression (
A desired amount of the first bottom material (C) is stored in B), and the lower mold &4 containing the bottom material (C) is closed by overlapping the middle mold (=) and the upper mold (A), and then The bottom material is subjected to primary vulcanization for a relatively short period of time, for example, about 20 seconds to 1 minute, to form a primary molded product 1 which has not yet been completely vulcanized but maintains a certain shape, and then the upper mold 0). and medium size (b)
is removed from the lower mold (upper part), and a desired amount of the second bottom material (6) of a different type or color is stored on top of the primary molding in the recess Q of the lower mold (→). The lower mold C containing the materials (1) was closed with the upper mold (A) and vulcanized by a known vulcanization method, and these bottom materials (C) and the next molded product were integrally molded. It's a waste of time to try to get shoe soles with spikes.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> In the above-mentioned conventional molds, when simultaneously vulcanizing and molding, each bottom material tends to melt and flow due to heating, and also tends to move due to pressure. As a result, the vulcanized and molded products cross the boundaries and get mixed up, resulting in defects in the appearance of the molded product after vulcanization and loss of commercial value.

Similarly, in the conventional mold No. 2 mentioned above, since the second bottom material is overwhelmingly large, it is possible to use a relatively small amount of 7' types, multiple types, or multiple colors depending on the second bottom material. As the initial bottom material is forced out from within each shallow depression,
There was a defect in that the initial bottom material was molded into a predetermined shape at a predetermined position, and a molded product could not be obtained, resulting in a defective product with no commercial value.

Furthermore, the third conventional mold mentioned above is
The primary moldings of the second bottom material in which the primary moldings of the first bottom material of 1 m or multiple types or colors in each recess at a predetermined position in the recess of the lower mold are overwhelmingly large during secondary vulcanization. At least a part of it is extruded from within each of the shallow holes, and after secondary vulcanization, it forms part of the base of the secondary carving of the second bottom material and part of the periphery of each spike part. Similarly, there were defects that significantly damaged the appearance and diminished the value of the product, but the purpose of this project is to overcome these defects and improve productivity.

Means for Solving Problems> The present invention, as a means for achieving the above-mentioned object, comprises an upper mold, a middle mold, and a lower mold, and the upper mold opens downward at a predetermined portion on the lower surface side thereof, and the opening edge form a number of recesses or grooves smaller than the bottom surface, and the middle mold has a predetermined portion on its upper surface side; A concave portion opened upward is formed at a predetermined portion on the upper surface side to store different types of bottom materials, and these lower molds, middle molds, and upper molds are sequentially stacked and closed, and the first bottom material in the middle mold and Primary vulcanization is applied to the second bottom material in the lower mold,
A mold mainly for the outer sole, characterized in that the upper mold with the primary molding of the first sole material is overlapped with the lower mold, closed, and then secondary vulcanization can be performed, and The medium mold has a downwardly protruding protrusion capable of diagonally cutting the effective material and the removal material of different types of bottom materials at a predetermined position on its lower surface, or the medium mold has a projection on its lower surface;
A plurality of protuberances are formed at predetermined portions of the lower mold to close recesses for accommodating bottom materials of different types or different colors, and similarly, the lower mold excludes recesses for accommodating predetermined bottom materials of different types on its upper surface side. A plurality of upward concavities in the shape of spikes are formed at predetermined locations.

<Operations and Effects> The mold for the sole of the present invention, mainly the outer sole, is composed of an upper mold, a middle mold, and a lower mold. When performing the primary vulcanization of the second bottom material, a plurality of recesses or grooves each having an opening edge smaller than the bottom surface are provided in advance at a predetermined location on the lower surface side of the upper mold. Sometimes a portion of the bottom material is filled and molded. Therefore, when the upper mold is removed from the middle mold after the first vulcanization, not only does it not take any effort to remove the mold from the middle mold, but it is also possible to remove the mold from the middle mold simply by closing the lower mold with the upper mold. It is possible to smoothly transition to secondary vulcanization without requiring a means for placing the above-mentioned secondary molded product on top of the primary molded product of other bottom material in the recess of the lower mold, and productivity is significantly improved. did it.

In addition, the mold of the present invention is such that the middle mold and the upper mold are sequentially stacked on the lower mold, and a second bottom material of a different kind is used between the upper mold and the middle mold. The dissimilar second bottom material or the first bottom material is subjected to primary vulcanization in a lower mold in a relatively short period of time, for example to the extent that the bottom material is not fully vulcanized but merely maintains the desired formation; After vulcanization, the primary molded product adhering to the lower surface of the upper mold is fitted and housed so as to be in close contact with the primary molded product in the lower mold, after removing the excess bottom material in the lower mold. It is to be paid. (Usually, the desired amount is the total amount equivalent to the volume of the predetermined dent or recess, plus some extra amount, so the extra amount of bottom material may become one of the defects that are mixed in at the boundary between multiple bottom materials.) ) Therefore, it was possible to provide shoe soles, mainly outer soles, with high commercial value that could be molded in multiple types and in multiple shapes.
