  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 粉末状、溶解液、１種または複数種の薬液を
    注射筒内に筒内面に密着して摺動可能となしたガ
    スケツトにて封入し、注射筒先端をパツキン、ル
    アーチツプ、キヤツプ等で密封した構成からなり
    、ルアーチツプへの注射針及び前記ガスケツトへ
    のプランジヤーロツドの装着により医薬品を注入
    可能となしたプレフイルドシリンジにおいて、ル
    アーチツプの先端所要位置に同部を折倒可能とな
    すための溝または疵を設け、かつ少なくとも溝ま
    たは疵位置より先端側までパツキンの貫通孔と導
    通する孔部を設けたことを特徴とするプレフイル
    ドシリンジ。 ２ 粉末状、溶解液、１種または複数種の薬液を
    注射筒内に筒内面に密着して摺動可能となしたガ
    スケツトにて封入し、注射筒先端をパツキン、ル
    アーチツプ、キヤツプ等で密封した構成からなり
    、ルアーチツプへの注射針及び前記ガスケツトへ

    アーチツプとパツキンに貫通孔を設け、かつルア
    ーチツプ先端貫通孔に螺合するキヤツプを設けた
