検知信号を出力する第1の検知手段と、前記スイ
ツチング素子の導通状態をその両端電圧に基づい
て判断するように設けられ導通時に第2の検知信
号を発生する第2の検知手段と、前記第1及び第
2の検知信号が双方とも出力されたときに異常信
号を発生する信号発生手段とを備えたことを特徴
