Claims (1)
- シリンダブロツクにおけるシリンダボアの軸線
を、クランク軸をその軸方向から見て水平面に対
して傾斜する一方、シリンダヘツドにおける左右
両長手側面のうち前記シリンダボアの軸線より下
方に位置する長手側面に、クランク軸の軸方向か
ら見て斜め上向きに湾曲した排気マニホールドを
接合して成るスラント型内燃機関において、前記
排気マニホールドに、少なくとも当該排気マニホ
ールドの上面を覆うカバーを設け、該カバーにお
ける上側板の先端を、前記シリンダヘツドの上面
より下方の部位において上向きに屈曲したことを
特徴とするスラント型内燃機関における排気マニ
ホールドのカバー装置。
