【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] この考案は、貨物自動車等の荷台に取付けられ
るロープフツクに関する。

溶接不適な材料であつたり、溶接が好ましくない
場合には、ロープフツクと一体構成のブラケツト
を介してボルト締め固定される。

度およびコスト面でスポツト溶接が有利である
が、スポツト溶接は溶接点間隔が狭いと、1点溶
接した後、2点目を溶接する場合に既溶接1点目
に分流するため、溶接部に流れる電流が減少し、
溶接強度が低下する欠点があり、このため、従来
は必要以上に材料幅を大きく取つて溶接点間隔を
広くするか、あるいはアーク溶接等他の作業時間
のかかる溶接方法を採用していた。

その中央には前記フツク本体1の基部12に合致
し得る断面円弧状の膨出部21が形成してある。
そして、この膨出部21には膨出部21を上下に
二分する切欠き22が設けてある。図中23はブ
ラケツト2を荷台に固定するためのボルト挿通孔
を示す。
