に、複数のバイパス通路２０ａ，２０ｂを有し、
かつこの各バイパス通路２０ａ，２０ｂを選択的
に切換可能にした切換バルブ２０を介装し、上記
各バイパス通路２０ａ，２０ｂに通液フイルタを
内蔵したフランジジヨイント１９を介装したこと
