When rainwater is collected in a rainwater basin and discharged into a permeable layer formed underground or into a sewer pipe, if foreign matter such as garbage mixed into the rainwater is not removed, the permeable layer will become clogged and the sewer pipe will become clogged. Cheap. For this reason, rainwater catchments are usually equipped with means for removing impurities. As this means, proposals disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-38588 and Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 60-40585 are known. As shown in Figure 8, the former is rainwater basin 1.
A first miscellaneous goods storage tool 3 having a support plate 2 removably attached to the upper surface of the support plate 2 and having a water passage hole 3a in the support plate 2.
A second miscellaneous goods storage device 4 in the form of a net bag is removably attached to the support plate 2, and the first miscellaneous goods storage device 3 is located inside an opening formed above. Rainwater flowing in from above the basin 1 is passed through the first miscellaneous storage device 3 and the second miscellaneous storage device 4, and the miscellaneous materials mixed in the rainwater are collected by both storage devices 3 and 4. It is something. In addition, as shown in FIG. 9, the latter is provided with a perforated substrate 7 that can be elastically deformed so as to be placed on the permeable layer 6 laid in the bottom opening 5a of the rainwater basin 5. Attach the filter material 8 and lift the perforated substrate 7 to the member 9 and support column 1
The filter material 8 can be lifted upward through the filter material 8.
The miscellaneous materials collected can be easily taken out of the rainwater basin 5.

According to the above configuration, coarse impurities are removed in advance by the primary treatment tank 16, and the initial rainwater with a small flow rate and a large pollution load flows directly from the second drain pipe 15 to the sewer pipe 19, and is transferred to the rainwater infiltration pipe 20 or the bottom. There is no flow into the permeation section 21. After the initial rainwater inflow, when the amount of rainfall increases and the water level in the secondary treatment tank 13 rises, the rainwater flows to the first drain pipe 14 for overflow.
The rainwater enters the inside and flows into the rainwater infiltration pipe 20 or the bottom infiltration part 21. Since the pollution load of rainwater at this point is extremely small, clogging of the infiltration part is unlikely to occur.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be explained. As shown in FIG. 5, the amount of initial rainwater that flows into the rainwater basin 12 is generally small and the pollution load is large. As time passes from the beginning of rain, the amount of rainwater flowing in increases, and conversely, the pollution load decreases. In such initial rainwater, bulky garbage such as dead leaves and branches can be removed in the primary treatment tank 16, and the rainwater from which the bulky garbage has been removed flows into the secondary treatment tank 13. As shown in Figure 3, this rainwater secondary treatment tank 1
Rainwater flows into the sewer pipe 19 via the second drain pipe 15 and does not enter the rainwater basin 12 until the water level in the drain pipe 14 reaches the upper end of the overflow drain pipe 14. Therefore, since the initial rainwater with a large pollution load does not directly flow into the rainwater basin 12, the infiltration part 21 at the bottom of the rainwater basin 12, the rainwater infiltration pipe 20, and the surrounding infiltration part 21 are not clogged. When the amount of rainfall increases, secondary treatment tank 1 is removed as shown in Figure 4.
The water level in 3 has risen and the overflow drain pipe 1
Rainwater is discharged into the rainwater basin 12 from the infiltration part 2.
Infiltrated by 1. However, the pollution load of rainwater at this time has become extremely small, so the suspended solids concentration (SS concentration) in the seepage water is 500mg/ to 2000mg/1.
However, after that, it will be less than 200mg/.

According to this embodiment, bulky waste is removed from the primary treatment tank 16.
Initial rainwater with a large pollution load and a small inflow is collected by the second drain pipe 15 and drains into the sewer pipe 19.
Since the water is discharged into the rainwater basin, it does not directly flow into the seepage section 21 provided at the bottom of the rainwater basin and around the rainwater seepage pipe 20, so that clogging can be prevented and the life of the seepage section 21 can be extended. Can be done. Moreover, rainwater in the later stages when the amount of rainwater is large and the pollution load is low is directly infiltrated into the infiltration part 21, but since the pollution load is small, the occurrence of clogging can be minimized. Furthermore, since the miscellaneous matter processing device 17 is removably provided directly under the upper lid 18, it can be easily removed and cleaned, and can be easily cleaned or replaced.

In the above embodiment, the rainwater infiltration pipe 20 is provided in the rainwater basin 12, and the rainwater infiltration pipe 20 is provided at the bottom of the rainwater basin 12.
Although the case where the infiltration part 21 is provided on the outer periphery of the rainwater catchment 12 has been described, even if there is no rainwater infiltration pipe 20 as shown in FIG. 6 or the bottom of the rainwater catchment 12 is blocked as shown in FIG. It has similar effects.

As described above, according to the present invention, there is a primary treatment tank for capturing bulky waste at the bottom of the upper lid of the rainwater basin, and a first drain pipe for overflow and a second drain pipe for draining to the sewer pipe at the bottom. Since a secondary treatment tank is provided, rainwater can be drained while reliably removing impurities and preventing clogging of the infiltration section. Furthermore, since this dirt removal device is installed directly under the top cover of the rainwater catchment, it can be easily installed and removed for cleaning or replacement.
