法としてはまず裏面側に塗装して厚み40〜100μ
の裏面塗膜5を形成し、次いで表面側に2〜3層
の塗装を施して表面塗膜3を形成して行つてい
る。しかしながらこの従来の方法によれば、第3
図及び第4図に示すように裏面塗膜5を形成した
後に表面側に塗装を施すと無機質板1中の巣穴に
溜つた空気が乾燥時に膨張し表面塗膜3が発泡6
したり、あるいは発泡し、破泡して表面塗膜3に
クレータ7を残存させてしまうという問題があつ
た。この発泡6はチクソ性が高く粘度の高い塗料
を使用した場合に発生しやすく、破泡してクレー
